Rental Details:
- Minimum Group Size: 30 people
- Maximum Group Size: 100 people
- Rental Period: 4-hour block
- Extended Hours: If you require more than 4 hours, arrangements must be made during booking.
Deposit & Payment:
- $100 Non-Refundable Deposit: Required to secure your booking.
Food & Beverage:
- All Alcohol, Food, and Beverages: Provided exclusively by The Side Rail.
- Desserts: You may bring in your own desserts, but they must be pre-approved in advance.
- Meal Options: Choose from our catering menu, or select some of The Side Rail’s signature options. A full meal or appetizers equivalent to a meal is required for all events.
Additional Services:
- China: Available for $1.50 per person.
- Linens: $11 per table, and napkins are $0.75 each.
- Tablecloths: Included for all tables.

Sunday - Thursday (Day or Evening): $250
Friday (Day): $250
Friday (Evening): $300
Saturday (Day): $300
Saturday (Evening): $350
Booking Information:
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
For rentals exceeding 4 hours, additional arrangements must be made at the time of booking.
